BIM Architecture

 

Arkitek FAA is progressively implementing and developing the BIM unit since the year 2012. The use of Revit and a whole suit of modelling tools has helped us streamline our project delivery process and increase the work efficiency by improving the communication, decision-making, accuracy and inter-office working.

BIM Architecture is information modelling and information management in a team environment. It is a way of working where all team members should be working to the same standards as one another and creates value from the combined efforts of people, process and technology.

Utilization BIM Architecture system (Building Information Modeling) enabled  rapid of exchange of information between consultants and clients whether its locally or internationally. It enables architects and designers to create and communicate design intent and understand performance, appearance, and cost early in the building design process.

 

BIM Architecture provides architects, engineers & consultants the tools to easily capture and analyze design concepts, and accurately maintain coordinated and reliable design data through documentation and construction. It essentially enable consultants to construct an exact building in the virtual realm and resolves the architectural and construction problems as they come up.
