Chemara Hills is an exclusive low-density development resting on 43.68 acres of landscaped greenery. The design seeks to create a high end community living with an emphasis on privacy and peace of mind. The design draws inspiration from the site which used to house Gutries Rubber Research Institute, The design pays homage to the 'plantation lifestyle'.
