Fiesta Shop Office

The development of part of the Kelana Mas Development reclamation project in Langkawi.  This parcel consist of a combination of 2 to 4 storey shop/office and 2 blocks of 2-storey shopping arcade.

 

To be a tourist destination, the developer has divided the development parcel into a few distinctive architectural styles.

 

We have chosen Spanish/Mediterranean architecture as the clear sky and the sea of Langkawi provides a good setting for this architectural style.

 

'Fiesta' was designed to serve as a functional shop/office.  Spanish architectural elements such as balconies, towers, short span roof overhang with exposed rafters, exposed spiral staircases, terracotta roof tiles, bell tower and other Spanish architectural elements were introduced. 

 

A viewing tower was introduced not only to enhance the Spanish architectural outlook but also serves as a lookout point to view the interesting harbour and the surrounding areas.
