sited strategically within the fast developing commercial district of Shah Alam, Menara Lankhorst faces Persiaran Perdagangan on its north-eastern boundary neighbouring to Maybank Shah Alam and Bangunan UMNO Selangor at the intersection of Persiaran Perbandaran.

 

To house the several Lankhorst group of companies under one roof, Menara Lankhorst is a 25-storey intelligent building.  Being a corporate monument as well as having retail facilities at its podium level it was intended not to interfere between the two qualities whilst avoiding physical segregation.  Having separate entrances, the offices are welcomed by a grand porte cochere facing Persiaran Perdagangan marking the address, while the retail entrance is orientated to link towards pedestrian approach.  Both entrances lead to a grand triple volume entrance foyer to the lift banks.

 

The facades are organised with recessed glazing vertically expressed or rectangular penetrations on a stone imaged building.  The composition reflects the strength and timelessness of both the building and Lankhorst group of companies.
