• The design has been optimized to provide the best light and ventilation to each unit. 

• The apartment blocks have been arranged in a north south orientation minimizing the impact of hot afternoon sun. 

• The 4 apartment blocks are placed quite far apart from each other, thus allows for maximum privacy and minimize overlooking from one unit to another.

• The bridge was a response to the sites height limitation. The bridge was put in place to increase the unit numbers while maintaining porosity of the development
